Hi there!
I’m Anttonete. I am the creator of AVA Services, a remote assistant service that specializes in everything from administrative assistance to social media management.
To introduce myself, I would describe myself as a person who’s always been task-oriented and I'm a firm believer in delivering quality work, on time. I have an appreciation for the small details, which are often overlooked by clients or customers but are equally important. In addition to being a hard worker, I've invested a lot of time and energy into understanding how to create coherent and compelling content. I like to research and learn as much as possible, and I'm comfortable with ambiguity and working independently.
I use a forward-thinking approach to determine future challenges and make bold choices on how to overcome them. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I aim to produce financial success and opportunities. As a visionary leader, I must foresee and recognize the value of failure in that it can test a business’ resilience and ability to move forward and have surprising growth.
To improve my skills and take advantage of more opportunities online, I enrolled in a six-week intensive training of the General Virtual Assistant program offered by the Department of Information and Communication Technology. The training provided an opportunity to learn about a variety of subjects, including web research, social media management, email marketing, chatbot integration, lead generation, and CRM.
